The following table gives information, as of December 31, 2019, about our Common Stock that may be issued upon the exercise of options and settlement of other equity awards under all compensation plans under which equity securities are reserved for issuance. The Company’s 2015 Long-Term Incentive Plan, 2006 Long-Term Incentive Plan and 2006 Non-Employee Director Equity Compensation Plan are our only equity compensation plans pursuant to which our equity securities are authorized for issuance.

Includes 7,088,490 restricted stock units, PSUs, deferred stock units, and bonus stock units that were outstanding on December 31, 2019 under the Company’s 2015 Long-Term Incentive Plan, 2006 Long-Term Incentive Plan and 2006 Non-Employee Director Equity Compensation Plan. Restricted stock unit awards, deferred stock unit awards and bonus stock units may be settled only for shares of Common Stock on a one-for-one basis. The number included for PSUs reflects grant date units awarded. Assuming maximum payout for PSU grants that have not completed the required performance period, the number of securities to be issued would increase by 1,605,561.
